I made 60 sugar cookies and Robert made two dozen chocolate chip cookies!  I wanted to bring a treat for the Primary kids and teachers.  After our final practice everyone got to have a yummy treat!

Charlie and Emmie had the best time!  We started the day with breakfast at McDonalds.  These two could not stop giggling!

Lego baby dolls

Let me explain….when Steven purchased the camp trailer my sister Jessica nick named it baby doll.  The trailer continues to be called by this name.  In fact this is what Charlie calls all camp trailers!  I love it; a reminder of my sweet sister!

Robert made this baby doll out of Legos!  I am so impressed!  It looks just like the camp trailer!

Charlie’s 5th birthday!

IMG_1441

Charlie’s special day started with a great breakfast and a number 5 shaped pancake!

IMG_1446

For his birthday his cousin Ben invited him to a school carnival!  I am sad to say I do not have pictures of this because my Mom took Charlie and I stayed home and made a birthday cake!

Thank you so much Morris family for inviting Charlie to the carnival, he had so much fun!  It made his birthday so special!

Ben said Charlie dunked a middle schooler in the dunk tank!  Charlie has quite a arm on him!

Birthday Party Time!

IMG_1473

The birthday cake!  Ta Da!  Elephant style; Charlie loves elephants!

The inspiration this year for decorations was the number 5, Charlie’s favorite color orange and a unique elephant cake!

Charlie’s birthday guest was Ben!  They had just got back from the carnival and they were ready for dinner!

IMG_1508

Charlie requested cheese filled tortellini with white sauce (aka Alfredo sauce) for his birthday dinner!   I made a very good salad and garlic twits as well!

Tennessee!

No I did not go to Tennessee even though I wanted to really bad!  :)

However Mom spent a week down town Tennessee attending a huge C.L.I.A. cop conference!  This was a elective that she needed in order to help with her dissertation!

She went to the Wild Horse Saloon (not to drink even though all the cops tried to get her to drink homemade moonshine.  This was part of the conference where they got to socialize.)  and the Grand Old Opry to see show!   She toured the area when she was not in the week long conference that was from 8 in the morning until 8 at night!

She brought us all home shirts!

Charlie got a snow globe and a shirt!

He has his secrets and techniques down to a science!
