Quite the process and I did not get all the steps in pictures.  Making flan is a labor of love!

The ride has come to an end!

Dissertation!

Mom recently presented her Dissertation for her Doctorate and did a fantastic job!  I am so proud of her; she has accomplished so much!

She will be graduating with honors from the University of Utah with a  Doctorate of Nursing Degree!

We went to the Texas Road House to celebrate!  We had to wait close to 45 minutes to get in; Charlie was a little unhappy! 

Christmas Village in the Riverwoods

The whole year at the Riverwoods there has been major renovations taking place.  They have turned this area into a unique and fun shopping area!

Mom has enjoyed watching the progress .  It is so fun that she lives right across the street from this fun area!

The other evening was the Riverwoods grand reopening! They had everything decorated so lovely with blue and white lights!

Yes that is Charlie as a black little silhouette against a brightly lit Christmas tree!

Here is a glimpse of Santa in his little Santa house!  The line was so long that even Charlie said he did not want to wait in it to see Santa.  I need to take him back when there is not so many people!

They have all these cool fire features that you can get warm by!

Charlie and his Christmas donut!  They were serving hot chocolate and cookies that evening free of charge.
