Last night my sweetheart gave me the most thoughtful and kind gift.

After dinner he took Charlie on a Daddy and Son outing.  They spent three hours running errands and had some good bonding time.

I got to relax and watch a fun old movie.  I was in heaven…well I thought.  Then my boys came home and they both had a dozen roses for me. WOW!!!!!  How incredibly sweet!!!  Oh Robert you are so amazing there is no one as perfect and loving as you!  I love you so much!  Thank you with all my heart and thank you for teaching Charlie the importance of giving flowers to his mommy!  What a perfect example you are to your son!

Jessica’s birthday vigil!

We celebrated Jessica’s birthday on the 28th of December.  Thank you to all the family that came; we love and appreciate you greatly.

Jessie we love you dearly and your little Charlie is still close to you.  The yellow room at our house he always refers to as Jessie’s room.

We served hot chocolate and  homemade cookies.  Robert got Enya’s new Christmas music playing and it made for a very soothing ambiance.

It was very cold that late December evening.  You all were such troopers!

As we were reminiscing about Jessica; our family  bird flew above us and perched in the tree.  Morning Doves are not seen in these parts during the winter.  A definite gift from heaven; thank you!

Visit with Lynn and Maxine!

We had an enjoyable time visiting Robert’s Grandfather and his new wife Maxine.  IMG_0333

Lynn lives at a very nice retirement home next to the Jordan River Temple.  They had beautiful Christmas decorations.  We loved the amazing gingerbread house and the giant Christmas tree.

Christmas pictures!

So it is the new year and I have yet to put Christmas pictures on the blog.

Sorry I just have been having fun with my family and not in a blogging mood.

So now here comes a mass amount of pictures I apologize ahead of time.  It will be like taking a drink form a fire hydrant.  lol

After dinner we open our Christmas jammies.

I found this Charlie Brown Christmas wrapping paper at Hallmark.  Charlie loved it and so did Grandpa Boulter!

The one present Charlie has been asking for all the month of December; a mommy and baby elephant.  We were thrilled to find it at Wall Mart and on sale.  Phew; making sure you can find that one gift from Santa is a major relief.
