Thanksgiving at Mom’s house!

I love setting and decorating a table during the holidays! 

Mom let me set the table with her antique china! 

I also used her vintage cooper Jell-O molds as tea candle holders! 

Robert, fixing mom’s new popcorn maker so we could have fresh popcorn!!! 

Steven is the man when it comes to cooking and making his famous dinner rolls!  Here is the fun process from start to finish! 

Step one….. kneed the dough

I was in charge of salads.  Layered green salad, divine cream cheese raspberry salad and frog eye salad!

Festival at the Riverwoods!

I have neglected my blog for too many months now!  LOL  I started feeling guilty sense this is the one method I use to journal family events. 

So please sit back and catch up with the Boulter family’s comings and goings! 

 

I have to give it to the Ronie family that completely remodeled the Riverwoods shopping area.  They also are fantastic at organizing fun family events that are free.

  We attended the Riverwoods lighting ceremony!  There were so many gorgeous Christmas lights!  We listened to live music, had cookies and hot chocolate, watched a man carve ice sculptures and saw Santa go by in a horse carriage! 

it was a fun evening spending time together as a family and enjoying the delights of the Christmas season! 

Charlie’s 6th Birthday!

We started his special day with a Breakfast!

How old are you today…6!  So six silver dollar pancakes were made to order!

For lunch we took him to his favorite restaurant

They made him a special hot fudge Sunday!

Angry Bird Style

This year I made him an Angry Bird and King Pig Cake!   It turned out so cute.

He got more birds and pigs to add to his collection! 

This is the cool card that Aunt Hillary sent to Charlie for his birthday!

She made a shirt, a frog and a rhino out of dollar bills!  Charlie thought it was so awesome!

Camp Fire Lessons!

Uncle Steven and Charlie built a camp fire together!  I just had to share the pictures because they are so cute.

This was our last camp trip before the parks closed for the winter!  We love the great out doors and camping.

Being goofy or crazy I am not sure!  lol
