Fresh greens with homemade strawberry vinaigrette dressing
Roasted chicken with fennel, lemon and carrots
Fresh peas and baby red potatoes in a cream sauce
Roasted petite red and gold beets
Fresh Artesian rolls
Dessert:
Pineapple cream cheese pie with fresh strawberries
