A tradition that our family likes to continue! There is nothing better than celebrating Saint Patrick’s day by preparing a delicious Irish feast!
This is my most favorite Irish dish! A mouth watering Rueben sandwich. There is nothing quite like corn beef, sour kraut, baby swish cheese, rye bread, and Russian dressing all grilled to perfection! Yummy; if you have never tried this oh I suggest you make Rueben’s for dinner!
This is Charlie trying corn beef for the first time…..he was skeptical at first and then decided he loved it and ate four big pieces of meat.
St. Patrick’s dinner Menu:
Corn beef
Cabbage
Carrots
Potatoes
Ruben Sandwiches
Pistachio salad
Jell-o Salad
Fresh lime drinks on ice
Dessert:
Chocolate brownies made with chocolate liquor and mint chip ice cream

You guys know how to party! The closest thing we were going to get to a St. Patty's Day meal was "Lucky Charms" - but we didn't have any :)
Those were very yummy sandwiches! Great food all around!
It looks like it was a great meal!
