Poor Baby

Trip to the Pediatrician's Office
Charlie has had a fever of 102 for two days! I have been up with him during the nights giving him medicine and cold compresses on his forehead. He has no appetite and does not feel well. I decided to take him to the doctor to make sure it was not strep. Well it turns out he just has a nasty virus. So we will continue with the Tylenol, ibuprofen, and triaminic. Poor little guy; I hate it when my baby does not feel well!

Charlie is an angel when we go to the doctor's office. He is perfect and does such a great job.
Always helps to bring crayons! A great way to keep him busy while we wait!

We came home and Charlie asked to eat a man for lunch. It did not click that he wanted me to make him a sandwich in the shape of a ginger bread man. Lately he has really been into having his food made into shapes. Grandma Boulter got us a set that has a train, plane, and firetruck. So just about every morning I make him shaped pancakes and for lunch sandwiches in some shape....a man today!

The funny things Charlie says!

Oh so funny!
I think it is so hilarious the ways in which Charlie calls things; particularly food items! So I wanted to share the humor.

Everyone knows these yummy snacks as Cheetos. In our home we now know them as Greenos. So if you come to our house please ask for Greenos!
Yes this one is a bit PG.....Charlie calls Marshmallows....Assmellows! It is so great when we are at church, in Sacrament meeting and he vocally exclaims that he would like some assmellows! Yes people turn and look and yeah! I try to correct him but he refuses to change his pronunciation! He is so stubborn; it is adorable!

Last but not least, good old cookie dough "aka" cookie-co!
Charlie loves cookie dough more so than the actual baked cookie.

Robert got this lantern for our camping trip. We are slowly adding to our camping supplies!

Robert and I got these cool fanny packs from our good friends in Cali as a wedding present! This is the first time we used them.....it only took five years of marriage to finally go on a hike! lol

Mobile home! We have two tents one for sleeping and one to put supplies in!

Part of our beautiful camp site! It was so big and had all this great red sand for Charlie to play in! Good thing Grandma has the trailer where I got to go give the kido a bath before bed!

Lick'n good!

Sitting by the camp fire. Did I think to actually take a picture of the camp fire and mallow roasting no.......ah next time!
Peak a boo

Just right for Charlie to escape from. Charlie slept with Grandma in the trailer and Robert and I got to cuddle in our own tent!
