A little project!

Lately I have been feeling very depressed and not myself so I put together a 5 page list of things I can do to feel like I have accomplished something in the day! 

  I hope to get as many things taken care of on my list before the baby arrives!

Day 1:

Cleaned out my closet and got a big bag of clothes I can take to the D.I.  

Cleaned, sorted and put away a basket of my baby clothes my Mom gave me.  They have been in that basket for over a year and I just ignored them.  So it was about time to take care of it.

Organized night stands and then decorated with scrapbook paper!

 

Night stand before I put the paper in the windows.  I love the clear class but I wanted a way to cover up all the stuff you can see through the glass.  even though I cleaned and organized it still looked messy to me!

Robert’s side!  I decided I better use guy colors.  lol  He is so good.  He never complains that I decorated our bedroom with a very feminine scheme!

Family Outing

My good friend Lisa invited us to attend a Pow Wow at the Wilkinson Center.

There were at least 6 different groups  that were playing drums and singing.  It was beautiful…..and very loud! 

Oh I love the regalia!  The feathers and colors, breathtaking!

Most of the footage I took was of the dancing and music.  I have very little actual pictures!

My friends son did an amazing job preforming the Hoop Dance!

I love making headbands.  Here are just a few I made recently.  My favorite is the purple one!

St. Patrick's Day Party!

We love celebrating holidays and continuing traditions! 

This year we had a fabulous St. Patrick's day party with all the delicious Irish food one could eat!

We invited a wonderful group of friends and enjoyed an evening of great conversations, good laughs and tasty food!

Simple yet tasteful table décor.  I used split peas  for a splash of green!

The wet bar; themed indeed!

This was a big hit; everyone enjoyed making their own “Irish Soda’s” 

I had fun cutting out all the four leaf clovers to put on the straws! 

Shar brought her delicious homemade soda bread!

Steven made these divine cheese and spinach puffs!  So good….I want some now!

We had chaffing dishes this year and it worked out great.
