Two is better than one! Yes he has two penguins! My brilliant idea, lol. The one that Grandma and Grandpa Boulter got him, he takes everywhere and it is looking a bit disgusting. So I thought to myself I will go get another one and that can be the one he sleeps with. I was hoping I could switch them in the morning before he noticed. Humpfh, that did not work. Now he sleeps with them both. My whole purpose defeated! At least I don't let him take the new one out of the house!

Penguin loveHe calls them Mommy and Daddy penguin and he is the baby. Should I be worried that he thinks he has penguins for parents? he he he. Well maybe they can get him to mind! :)

He brought me back two loves of fresh baked sour dough! This one was so adorable. Robert knows I love sour dough and snowmen! He is so sweet thoughtful; I love him to no end!

Temple Square

Right before we left on our Salt Lake excursion Charlie fell asleep and it was just enough to make it a power nap and he was charged for the rest of the evening!

We went to Temple Square as a family Saturday night! For those that want to go see the lights at Temple Square don't go on a Saturday. It was so crazy busy that it was difficult to enjoy the surroundings. It was however very beautiful and I am glad we went!

We had a fun time down town Salt Lake with having dinner and walking around town and enjoying the sights and sounds of the holiday.

Robert had had enough and started racing! Ok so we were going 90 just to get passed Bruce. Just after getting ahead we had to slow way down because there were so many cops upon entering Twin Falls!

Thanksgiving dinner at the church!

Robert and Charlie at the church where the festivities were held! It was a very fun event filled with lots of good food and great conversation. There were close to 100 family members that attended Thanksgiving dinner. Mostly Mary Jane's side of the family. A Wright reunion!

Shoshone and Twin Falls

Robert had never visited Shoshone Falls so we went and saw Twin and Shoshone. So beautiful! It was frigid outside. There was a cold north wind blowing!
Charlie LOVES waterfalls. He could spend all day watching a waterfall. If it had not been so cold that is exactly what we could have let him do!

The clouds in the sky were so amazing looking. This one looks like a UFO! There was a winter storm blowing in by the looks of the sky.

Grandma and Grandpa Boulter came to visit

Taking a stroll down memory lane!

When Grandma and Grandpa Boulter come to visit there is always a mandatory excursion to the Wilkinson Canter at BYU. Bruce and Liz both attended school at BYU.
Bruce likes to go and get his most favorite mint brownies and Bismark donuts at the bakery. Unfortunately they were fresh out of brownies. It was good that I went the day before and picked them up at the creamery!

Next stop the BYU Bookstore. Bruce likes to see what new BYU paraphernalia there is. This time he got a big BYU flag that he can hang out side. His next door neighbor is a Notre Dame fan and has a flag. Little neighborly rivalry!
I love that bookstore there is always fun things that you can't find any where else. A wonderful place to get stocking stuffers, for sure.

Grandma and Grandpa got Caralie this adorable penguin. Charlie loves this stuffed animal. He has never before taken such a liking to a toy. This penguin goes everywhere including to bed with him. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa!

My In Laws love French anything. I have wanted to take them to my favorite french bakery and so I got the opportunity to do so. They both thought it was very good. We shared keesh, croissants and delicious pastries! Yummy
